Q. What is Mastercard One Dine Free program?
As a Mastercard cardholder, one (1) person get to dine for free with a minimum of
two (2) persons dining per table. The main course of the least value will be considered
as complimentary at redemption upon paying with a Mastercard branded card.


Example:
• Four diners ordered three (3) Main Courses, no offer will apply.
• Four diners ordered (4) Main Courses, offer will apply.

 

Q. Which countries are included in the Mastercard One Dine Free program?
The Mastercard One Dine Free Program is available in the following participating
countries/cities:
• Singapore
• Hong Kong
• Vietnam - Danang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh
• Thailand - Bangkok and Phuket
• Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur
• Indonesia - Jakarta and Bali
• India – Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi
• Philippines – Manila
• Taiwan - Taipei
• Japan - Kyoto and Tokyo
• Australia – Sydney and Melbourne
• New Zealand – Auckland and Christchurch


Q. Can I change my reservation after receiving the confirmation email/sms?
You may change the date/time of your reservation through the link on your
confirmation email, up to 1 hour before reservation time.


Q. How can I cancel my reservation?
You may cancel your reservation through the link on your confirmation email, up to 1
hour before reservation time.
 

Q. Why can’t I choose an available date and time?
All bookings are subjected to restaurants’ availability. A confirmation email will be sent
to you once the booking is made on www.onedinesfree.com
 

Q. What is the maximum number of reservations that I can make on the website?
As long as the date and time of the restaurant is available for booking, you will be able
to make as many bookings as you wish.

 

Q. How long can I hold my table booking for?
The reservation shall be held for 15 minutes from the reserved date and time. After
which, it will be at restaurant’s discretion to release the table booking. If you will be
late, you can inform the restaurant directly and they will do their best to
accommodate your revised timing.
 

Q. Any specific dress code?
Kindly check with the restaurant for any specific dress code.
 

Q. What should I do if I have not received any email confirmation from the restaurant?
You may wish to check your Junk or Spam folder for the email confirmation.
Alternatively, you may write to ODF@diningcity.asia to enquire.
 

Q. Do I need to make any prepayment or deposit before I visit the restaurant?
No, you do not need to make any form of payment online. Please inform the restaurant
on your reservation code and offer at the time of arrival and pay with a Mastercard
card to enjoy the offer.
